In addition to the provisions of the laws that protect the rights and freedoms of all participants in the employment relationship by allowing them to lodge complaints with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization for amicable dispute resolution, if the dispute is not resolved or one of the parties rejects the decision of the competent committee, the affected party has the right to appeal the decision before the competent labor court according to the law.
